Oh, hi there!

Time to introduce myself I guess? My name is Ina and I’m the oldest of us three sisters. I developed my love for blogging back in 2015 and that’s why I decided to create one myself. I put a lot of hard work into my baby and really enjoyed walking this new path. The blog started to gain more and more followers which obviously made me super happy but also kinda turned into a problem, because the more people who read your blog, the more you want to be professional about it, create valuable content and maintain a good relationship with your followers. My main profession is being a teacher for biology and chemistry which obviously is a full time job. Also I’m married to my wonderful husband who also wanted my attention. That was when I started to realize that I couldn’t put as much effort in the blog as I actually wanted to. So that’s why I decided to ask my two sisters if they wanted to join me in this adventure – which luckily they did. And that was when applethree.de was founded.

Dear applethree readers,

yep, now it actually is official: we are now also blogging in English – yay! From now on we’re not only going to publish our German posts as usual but also put up the English version the same day or a few days after. Also we are doing our best to translate and upload previous posts to our English page whenever time allows it. To read the English version just click on the British flag on top of the page or simply use our new URL applethree.de/en. To go back to the original German version – you’ve probably already figured it out – click on the German flag. We can’t wait to welcome as many English readers as possible and to strengthen the English-German relationship 😉

Is it just me or do you also get this addiction to certain foods depending on the season? It´s a simple, quick and tasty bowl which is my favorite summer-meal. In the current cold I definitely need something warm but I don´t want to worry about what I’m going to cook every day. That’s why I often prepare a warm noodle bowl with the ingredients I happen to have at home! The basic ingredient is not salad – as it is in my summer bowls – but hot noodle soup. Today I’ll show you the recipe for my warm Noodle Bowl Asian–style.
