Howdy geezers! As the title leads us to the suspect, this post will be about banana bread at some point. About vegan banana bread. But first things first: this post also is an attempt to translate my original (German) one into English. The emphasis here, folks, is on attempt. As you (should!) know, Ina, Anja and I are proper Germans so just in case you’re no Sherlock: English isn’t our mother tongue. You’re probably thinking “hey, can’t be that hard – just use google translator”! Well, yeah, but…
This meal is actually one of my all time favorites, but never made it up the blog…till now! I can’t really tell you why I’ve waited so long to share this with you, because holy moly this recipe is just delicious. But here we are! I usually eat this beauty with feta, but if you want this recipe to be suitable for vegans, just try my sister’s vegan cheese alternative. […]
One of my favorite cakes here in Sweden is probably the so called “Kladdkaka” and means something like sticky cake, because its super soft and luscious. You almost can get it at every Cafe and Fika place, because every Swede just loves this chocolate cake. The good thing: You can easily make it by yourself, doesn’t take long and the best; it doesn’t need a lot of ingredients. And all over […]

Unfortunately, these delicious portions are often not very vegan- and figure-friendly, as they often contain a lot of sugar and white flour. But of course I experimented a bit around to show you this nice recipe. It’s vegan and only sweetened with xylitol (What’s that?). In […]
Today I show you my favorite product of the week! Red lentils pasta with a quick recipe. The pasta has done it to me somehow and the recipe has really been cooked several times now.
Finally we can present you our first breakfast recipe on our English page – wohoo! Well, obviously you can eat this berry sauce pancake at any time of the day (and night), but I prefer eating it for breakfast. Incidentally, the good pieces are vegan and hard to beat in terms of speed in the preparation. I guess that’s worth another “wohoo”! 🙂
vegan, healthy, fast lunch and also delicious? Sounds difficult? I promise you, not with this recipe! This lovely Bulgur salad is awesome for your lunch break, because it is so easy to take with you! If you don’t have all of the ingredients at home, don’t worry. You can replace some ingredients or even add some if you feel like it so you always have a variation.
