I love the smell of pancakes in the morning and would love to eat pancakes literally everyday. However, to be entirely honest, I am far too lazy! Out of laziness and the need for healthy vegan pancakes I forced myself to try out some new recipes to overcome my struggle. Simple is the key word for those lovely banana pancakes vegan style. You only need 3 ingredients and they are super soft at the same time!
In my opinion you can never go wrong with pancakes. Whether in the morning or as a lunch, pancakes are on my plate regularly. Unfortunately, these delicious portions are often not very vegan- and figure-friendly, as they often contain a lot of sugar and white flour. But of course I experimented a bit around to show you this nice recipe. It’s vegan and only sweetened with xylitol (What’s that?). In addition, I used my favorite nuts in the world to create this beauty.
Finally we can present you our first breakfast recipe on our English page – wohoo! Well, obviously you can eat this berry sauce pancake at any time of the day (and night), but I prefer eating it for breakfast. Incidentally, the good pieces are vegan and hard to beat in terms of speed in the preparation. I guess that’s worth another “wohoo”! 🙂
